WORKSHOP: Chasing Anything That Moves
Does your dog bark and lunge at passing cars, motorbikes, bicycles, skateboarders, scooters, joggers or running children?
In this two-hour workshop, you will learn how to teach your dog to walk calmly in the face of these distractions.
If your dog is reactive to other dogs or people, but you would still like to attend, you can bring a friend's dog to learn on, or you can attend as an "auditor".
Limited to 8 dogs.
IMPORTANT: Students that are new to Cowichan Canine will be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival and provide documentation for their dog of vaccination for parvo and distemper, no older than 3 years, or titer test no older than 12 months. Without this documentation, your dog cannot enter the premises and your fee will be forfeit.

Today I was paid the ultimate compliment by Lisbeth Plant, owner of Cowichan Canine. She said I had helped my puppy Daphne (now 6 months old) develop into a really nice young dog. I agree! But of course I could not have done it without the wonderful folks at Cowichan Canine: professional, caring, knowledgeable and a bonus - all with a great sense of humour! My darling French Bulldog Maggie has passed this course with distinction. This would not have been possible without the fine teachings of Karen and Bev.
